Edmundo or “Doods”. as he is fondly called, is the President of KE Asia Inc. and also Managing Partner of KEA Engineers. These companies provide engineering consultancy services for government, foreign, and private sector initiated transport infrastructure projects.
He is a licensed Civil Engineer with 30 years of professional experience in the Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam. Early on in his career, he has worked for several large multinational engineering firms as structural and geotechnical engineer. Thereafter, he was engaged as project manager for various infrastructure projects for the preparation of Feasibility Studies and Detailed Engineering Designs; as well as for Construction Management and Supervision. These project undertakings range from roads, bridge crossings, interchanges, and toll expressways.
He holds a BS Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the Philippines, Diliman and a Master in Civil Engineering for Geotechnical Engineering from the Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok.
