Adrian is currently a Director and the Executive Vice President for Legal & Administration of Anglo Philippine Holdings Corporation, a listed investments holding firm focused on natural resources, property development and infrastructure. He also serves as the Corporate Secretary of The Philodrill Corporation, an oil exploration and production company, as well as a director of Penta Capital Investment and Penta Capital Finance. He also currently serves as director and/or officer of companies engaged in logistics, merchandising, shared support services and mining. He is a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN).
With his engineering and legal (LLB ’90) backgrounds from UP, he has served clients’ needs ranging from project feasibility to financial and legal due diligence, implementation, evaluation, monitoring, compliance and governance.
