EMILIO LOLITO “LILIT”J. TUMBOCON, BS CE ‘79
Lilit is currently Commissioner, Construction Industry Arbitration Commission, Department of Trade & Industry; Director, Cebu Holdings, Inc.; Chairman, Anvaya Cove Golf & Sports Club, Inc.; and President & Chairman, TJ Development, Inc., Consultant, Datem, Inc., and Director, Project Management Institute (Philippine Chapter).
With a total of 37 years of extensive work experience serving various executive roles in the construction and real estate industry sectors, his last position held was as Senior Vice President of Ayala Land, Inc. He was Past President of the Philippine Constructors Association, Inc., and Immediate Past President of the UPAE.
Apart from an MBA from UP, Lilit completed the Construction Executive Program at the Stanford University; Strategic Business Executive Program at the UA &P, and the Pacific and The Executive Program at the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He was the 2003 UPAE Departmental Awardee for Civil Engineering.
