Francisco “Francis” A. Arellano : BSChE ‘75 Francis is an APEC Engineer, ASEAN Engineer, ACPER Engineer, and currently a Senior Technical Consultant and formerly Senior Assistant Vice President, Head of Corporate Quality, Environment Safety & Health Management of Maynilad Water Services.
A registered Chemical Engineer he is an environmental auditor and has served as a member of the Board of Chemical Engineering. He has 40 years’ experience in planning, design and construction of water treatment plants, supply and distribution, water quality, and wastewater treatment facilities. He is also a professorial lecturer at the University of the Philippines and Miriam College.
