Liberito ”Levy” V. Espiritu, BSCE ‘79
As president of Datem Inc., Levy faces the everyday challenge of running a company he co- founded at the age of 28 and which is now one of the leaders in the field after 30 years of existence. Datem’s projects include mid-rise office buildings, sprawling developments, and high-rise condominiums.
Levy continues to serve the construction industry by being active in professional and trade organizations. He is the immediate past president of the Philippine Constructors Association, Inc. past Board Member of the Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines and the Executive Director of the International Federation of Asian and Western Pacific Contractors Association.
With his family’s involvement in Magis Deo, a Marriage Encounter Community formed in Ignatian spirituality, Levy is a adept at taking on many roles as he expands his business and leads the Philippines construction industry to greater heights.
He continues to pursue his Master of Business Administration from the De La Salle University.
