Pax graduated from UP with a degree of Bachelor of Science Major in Civil Engineering in 1989. He has a master’s degree in Business Administration from Ateneo de Manila Business School. Born in 1965, his core competence is Project Management and Façade Design and Construction.
He is Vice President for Operations of Century Project Management and Construction Corporation, the construction group responsible for building all of Century Properties’ high-rise and community developments. He is currently handling the Residences at Commonwealth by Century, an 8-building community development beside the Ever Gotesco Mall along Commonwealth Avenue. He is also Vice President of 8242 Development Corporation, a developer-contractor-owner of the Nex Tower, along Ayala Avenue, Makati City and the Nex54 Building along Boni Ave. corner Edsa in Mnadaluyong.
Pax is also the General Manager and Partner of Nova Edge Technical Services, Inc. Nova Edge is the façade/curtain wall contractor for the Century Diamond Tower at Century City, Makati City and Nex 54, Mandaluyong City.
Pax is a member of Tau Alpha Fraternity and is also an active sportsman. He plays golf, rides motor bikes and recently is into organic farming.
