Raymundo P. Reyes, BSEE 1983
Raymundo P. Reyes, or Emon, is the Chief Operations Officer of Phinma Education Network. As the COO, Emon oversees the operations of four of the six schools of Phinma Education in the Philippines namely: University of Pangasinan, Araullo University, University of Iloilo, and Cagayan de Oro College. He is also the President of St. Jude College in Manila. Emon started in Phinma Education in 2007 as the Chief Operations Officer of Cagayan de Oro College, where he led the transformation of the school from a laggard to a leader in the educational landscape of Northern Mindanao. Previous to Phinma Education, Emon was the Chief Operations Officer of the AMA Educational System and Vice- President of Bayan Telecommunications (Bayantel).
Emon finished his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Philippines in 1983 and his Master in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management in 1988. Emon also completed his Doctorate degree in Global Executive Education in July 2018 from the Rossier School of Education of the University of Southern California.
