Project Director & Deputy Head of Project Management Office of MIESCOR. He graduated 5thin class with a BS degree from PMA. While in military service, he continued his studies then graduated BS Civil Engineering in 1989 and MS National Security Administration in 2004. He served as Secretary of the UPAE in 2015.
