It was a simple ceremony that took place last March 15th at the front steps of Melchor Hall.

On behalf of the community of UP Alumni Engineers, 18 laptops were turned over to the College of Engineering to be given to deserving students from the different engineering departments. Present in the ceremony were Dean Ferdinand G. Manegdeg, UPAE Trustees Ronald Guariña, Ramby Nolido, and Florence Galeon (Grants and Aids Committee Chairman).

As of this writing, 4 students are enjoying the benefits of brand new laptops.

Behind its simplicity, a burning commitment to help build up future Engineers for our nation. The board expresses its deepest gratitude to the donors that continue to make successful UPAE’s Laptop Donation Drive.
