Raffle Winners to be Drawn during the Nov 12 Alumni Homecoming
UPAE is reminding all raffle ticket holders that the November 12 raffle draw will push through as scheduled during the UPAE Alumni Homecoming to be held at the Manila Polo Club. The electronic raffle draw will happen towards the end of the program at around 9pm. Physical presence is not required to claim the prize.

Raffle Mechanics
1. Payment of tickets. Only paid tickets according to UPAE records shall be eligible to win. Organizations to which tickets were turned over must remit payments to the UPAE as soon as possible. UPAE will not liable to complaints arising from unremitted payment of tickets deemed ineligible to win because of non-payment.
2. Selection of Winners.
a. Each raffle ticket shall bear a corresponding raffle number.
b. Winning raffle numbers shall be randomly drawn using an electronic raffle system.
c. A number already drawn as a winner will not be eligible to win other prizes.
d.There is no limit to the number of times the same name may be drawn as a winner provided that the name is associated with different raffle numbers.
3. Raffle Draw date is on November 12, 2016, 9 pm at the Manila Polo Club, Makati City.
4. Notification of Winners. Winners will be notified at the address indicated on the raffle stub. The organization selling the ticket (if applicable) will also be notified. List of winners will be posted at the UPAE Office bulletin board, National Engineering Center, UP and at the UPAE website, http://upae.org.
5. Claiming of Prizes. Storage Fees in the amount of P1,000 per day shall be charged for prizes not claimed after 30 days from the date of raffle. Unclaimed prizes shall be deemed forfeited 45 days after the draw.
6. Taxes. Any and all taxes in relation to the prizes shall be for the account of winner.
