The University of the Philippines’ College of Engineering presented SteelAsia Manufacturing Corporation with a Plaque of Appreciation for establishing the Don Benito Yao Metallurgical Engineering Centennial Professorial Chair, with an annual award for faculty research work. Another plaque citing the company’s donation for the Civil Engineering Building Fund was also presented.
