Cesar G. Romero, a UP ME (cum laude) alumnus, was appointed President of Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation and Country Chairman of the Shell companies in the Philipines, effective last November 1, 2016, after 12 years of international assignments across London, Singapore, and Beijing.

UPAE is reminding all raffle ticket holders that the November 12 raffle draw will push through as scheduled during the UPAE Alumni Homecoming to be held at the Manila Polo Club. The electronic raffle draw will happen towards the end of the program at around 9pm. Physical presence is not required to claim the prize.
Isidro “Sid” Consunji, Chairman of the Board of the DMCI Holdings, will receive the UPAE Most Distinguished Alumnus Award during the 68th Annual Alumni Homecoming of the UP Alumni Engineers on November 12, 6:00 pm at the Manila Polo Club, McKinley Road, Makati City.
During the Homecoming on November 12, UPAE will elect seven new Board members to join the 15-member UPAE Board.
Another UPAE fellowship event was held last September 8, 2016 at the Manila Polo Club. The get-together was not only aimed at getting engineering alumni together but also to bid goodbye to outgoing Dean Aura Matias and welcome incoming Dean Rizalinda de Leon.
