The UP Electrical and Electronics Engineering Alumni Association, Inc. will be having a Golf Tournament on Friday, 10 February 2017, to be held at the Ayala Greenfield Golf Course in Calamba, Laguna (Tee off at 8:00AM).

The University of the Philippines’ College of Engineering presented SteelAsia Manufacturing Corporation with a Plaque of Appreciation for establishing the Don Benito Yao Metallurgical Engineering Centennial Professorial Chair, with an annual award for faculty research work.

The Memorandum of Agreement for five scholarship slots with a 4-year guarantee till graduation was done on December 2, 2016 between the GT Foundation and ERDFI. These are effective AY 2016-17.

Action for Economic Reforms – Industrial Policy Team (AER-IP Team) partners with the Engineering Research and Development for Technology (ERDT) (through the UP Diliman College of Engineering) to introduce an initial discussion linking industrial policy, climate change and sustainable energy.
