Engr. Felisberto L. Gancayco is a registered Civil Engineer with an MS Degree in Finance, and is a certified Project Management Professional. He has significant experience in Construction Project Management,  Procurement, Quality Management, and Contract & Cost Management and has lectured as well on various industry-related methodologies and concerns. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Design Coordinates, Inc., ensuring all construction project management plans are conducted expeditiously and efficiently to clients. He has shown his extensive management skills and technical expertise in the latest Construction Project Management Methods, Techniques, and Practices responsible for Project Development and Acquisition, Resource Allocation, Technical Collaboration to  Final Turnover to clients.

Gancayco has overseen the implementation of several multi-billion Peso projects, which include commercial and residential construction projects all over the country, such as the SM MEGA Tower in EDSA, SM-KEPPEL Tower in Ortigas Center, The Estate Ayala Ave., The Emerald Cebu City, The Quantum Towers Taft Ave., The Marriot Clark, The WIDUS Clark, The BeauFORT, various S&R and SM Malls nationwide to name a few.

He had extensive experience in the industry, such as being the engineering manager of Versar International Assistance Projects (VIAP) Manila,  project development manager of  Anderson Asphalt Philippines, as well as the general manager of Equippe Horizontal Contractors, Inc., and Bogan Truckers.

Engr. Gancayco graduated with a BS degree in Civil Engineering and an MS in Finance, both from the University of the Philippines Diliman and is a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
